Jamie is a seasoned professional at EY’s International Tax and Transaction Services practice based in Austin, Texas. With over 22 years of public accounting experience, she specializes in U.S. international and federal corporate income tax matters, focusing on the intricacies of cross-border transactions and the supply chain analysis of multinational taxation. Her expertise spans a range of areas, including acquisition structuring, post-acquisition integration, intangible property alignment, and supply chain analysis, all of which are key considerations for global businesses navigating complex tax environments.
Throughout her career, Jamie has worked extensively with both private and public companies, including numerous Fortune 100 clients and private equity structures. Her work covers diverse industries such as technology, biotechnology, manufacturing, and consumer products. She has a deep understanding of issues like GILTI tested income, subpart F analysis, earnings and profits studies, and foreign tax credit planning, ensuring her clients can manage their international tax obligations efficiently. Jamie has also guided clients through the tax implications of the OECD’s BEPS initiatives and global tax reforms, helping them stay compliant while optimizing their tax strategies.
Jamie holds multiple advanced degrees in accounting and taxation, including a B.B.A. in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy (Tax) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, as well as a Master of Science in Taxation from DePaul University in Chicago. A licensed Certified Public Accountant in both Illinois and Texas, Jamie’s extensive academic background complements her practical experience, allowing her to offer insightful, strategic guidance to businesses facing complex international tax challenges.
