AUSTIN, TEXAS — From baby dolls and Squishmallows to trendy Stanley Cups, thousands of Austin-area youth are finding just what they wished for under the Christmas tree this holiday season, thanks to the generous “elves” at American Campus Communities (ACC).
As Boys & Girls Clubs of the Austin Area (BGCAA) members from Austin and Manor Independent School Districts gear up for their two-week winter break, they are heading home with big smiles and two wrapped gifts each, all made possible by the incredible generosity of ACC. The company donated nearly 2,800 gifts to Club members across the Austin area, ensuring the holiday magic reaches as many young people as possible.
“We are so grateful for the ongoing support of American Campus Communities and their dedication to making this season unforgettable for our Club youth,” said Zenae Campbell, CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of the Austin Area. “This partnership is a shining example of how businesses can come together with community organizations to make a real difference in the lives of children and families.”
The gifts represent more than just holiday presents—they symbolize joy, connection, and hope for the future. Through its partnership with BGCAA, American Campus Communities continues to uphold its commitment to enriching the lives of Austin-area youth and supporting their growth and development.
BGCAA members and their families were thrilled to pick up their gifts and take them home at winter celebration events this week during Club to add to their holiday celebrations. The donation demonstrates how collective goodwill can help ensure all children experience the joy and wonder of the holiday season, regardless of their circumstances.
