Boys & Girls Clubs of the Austin Area is thrilled to welcome four amazing new members to our Board of Directors, two of whom are returning to the Board after already serving our organization in the past. We invite you to learn more about each of them!
Brian Jones: A longtime supporter of Boys & Girls Clubs, Brian is returning to the BGCAA Board after a brief hiatus, and we are thrilled to have him back! A former Longhorn and NFL player, these days you can find Brian serving as a CBS Sports College Football Analyst or working in his role as the Co-Founder of Pro Club World Sports.
Monica Flores: Another former BGCAA Board Member, Monica returns this year to continue building her legacy of giving back to our youth through Boys & Girls Clubs. As Founder of IJM Capital and co-founder of GG&MG Investments, Monica is an alumni of the University of Texas at El Paso and has previously served on the board for the Animal Rescue League of El Paso.
Hazel Stanley: New to the BGCAA Board, but not to BGCAA, we are always honored when community leaders and volunteers choose to deepen their relationship with our organization! Hazel, an alumni of Northeastern University, has served on the BGCAA Gala Committee in years past and also serves on the Parent Association Board at St. Gabriel’s.
Robert “Bo” Stanley: Also new to the BGCAA Board, Robert is the Co-Head and Partner at Sixth Street Growth. An alumni of the University of Maine, Robert brings a long history of board service, activism, and dedication to serving causes that make an impact in our community.
