Randy Robinson

Director of Human Resources

Randy Robinson has over 20 years of experience both in human resources and recruiting. Throughout his career, he has focused on agencies that provide support to both families and children. His love for healthcare and education quickly led him to be an adjunct faculty member at Howard College in San Angelo in their healthcare programs, during this time he was the President of the Pulmonary support group of W. Texas and President of the Texas Society for Respiratory Care.

Randy transitioned his career into Human Resources after finding that he had a knack for recruiting and helping candidates with their career paths and professional goals. While his industry remained in healthcare, this gave him a unique opportunity to work with candidates and ensure that high-quality staff were secured to treat patients, ensuring that families and children received the best of their care and guidance.

He believes that employees are one of the most valuable assets of any employer and works with employees to ensure they have the tools, guidance, and support they need to be successful. He has also mentored high school programs designed to expose students to the healthcare field as well as work with under/unemployed citizens to guide them into a career in healthcare.

“I am very blessed to have this opportunity to work with the Boys and Girls Club of Austin. On my first day here, a little girl was on the playground – waving and smiling at me through my office window……I knew I was where I belonged.”
